About Cami Networks

Bridging the Gap Between Connectivity, Infrastructure, and Property Management.

Founded to eliminate the disconnect between Internet service providers, low-voltage contractors, IT departments, and commercial property owners.

Our Story & Company Origin

Closing the Industry Disconnect

Cami Networks Inc. was established after years of observing a recurring operational breakdown in commercial real estate: the gap between outside Internet service providers, internal IT teams, cabling contractors, general contractors, and property management teams.

Too often, commercial developments and office retrofits suffered from delayed turn-ups, disorganized network closets, miscommunicated demarcation handoffs, and fragmented accountability. Internet providers stopped at the building demarc, cabling contractors dropped wire without understanding active network configurations, and property managers were left troubleshooting system failures between competing vendors.

Cami Networks was built to eliminate that friction. As a licensed California C-7 low-voltage contractor and network solutions partner, Cami Networks delivers a single point of accountability from the carrier circuit sourcing to the physical building infrastructure, network switches, Wi-Fi access points, and connected physical security systems.

Our Leadership

Jovan Borrayo – Founder & President

Cami Networks was founded by Jovan Borrayo, whose career spans more than 16 years in Internet connectivity, telecommunications, and commercial network infrastructure.

Throughout his career, Jovan has managed complex telecom procurements, carrier deployment projects, and commercial real estate technology integrations. His hands-on experience spans the entire technology delivery lifecycle—evaluating carrier circuit architectures, negotiating bandwidth and circuit contracts, managing low-voltage field teams, and overseeing physical infrastructure buildouts for office buildings, industrial facilities, and multifamily properties.

Under his leadership, Cami Networks operates on a commitment to clear communication, technical precision, verifiable standards compliance, and long-term client partnership.

Company Core Values & Approach

1. Single-Source Accountability

We manage the technical pathway from the carrier demarc to the active connected device, eliminating vendor finger-pointing and streamlining project execution.

2. Standards-Based Field Execution

Every structured cabling drop, fiber backbone, rack buildout, and hardware installation is executed according to ANSI/TIA industry standards, proper pathway management, clear labeling, and project-specified testing.

3. Collaborative Technical Partnership

We do not replace your internal IT team or Managed Service Provider (MSP)—we empower them. We act as the local, licensed physical layer and infrastructure field team, allowing IT managers and MSPs to focus on software, security policies, and user workflows.

4. Carrier-Neutral Technical Expertise

Because Cami Networks is independent of any single telecommunications carrier, we provide impartial circuit sourcing, price comparisons, and route redundancy options based entirely on your facility’s operational requirements.

Project Experience & Capabilities

Our field deployment teams handle projects across a wide range of commercial property types throughout Southern California:

  • Commercial Office Retrofits & Buildouts: Complete low-voltage redesigns, Cat6A horizontal cabling, MDF/IDF closet overhauls, high-density Wi-Fi deployments, and door access control.
  • Multifamily & Mixed-Use Developments: Pre-wire installations, unit media enclosures, fiber optic riser backbones, common-area Wi-Fi, gate intercoms, and bulk Internet coordination.
  • Industrial Warehouses & Logistics Facilities: High-ceiling structured cabling, PoE network drop runs for wireless access points and security cameras, long-range fiber links, and rack installations.
  • MDF / IDF Closet Cleanups (“From Chaos to Clean”): Re-architecting abandoned or disorganized server racks, dressing cabling, installing ladder racks, and re-labeling active patch panels.
